Pretty poor customer service in all respects. 15 months ago they supplied and fitted a Grundfos heating pump. It went wrong and they refuse to do anything as it's had new owners. So even though it has a two year warranty and they billed me £400 inc labour, they're not even interested in swapping it out for a return even though Grundfos have authorised it. I'd even for it myself. I have the full receipt etc Shame as all my plumbing needs and those of plumbers that I know of is now going elsewhere. And I'm about to replace the entire bathroom
