TESCO STORES - BROOKLANDS EXTRA - WEYBRIDGE, SU

I went to Tesco on Friday. I understand that the workers do not have to wear masks. Those in close proximity to customers filling shelves non sto talk over customers without masks. They should keep their distance and stop talking whilst working to protect the customers or wear a Mask.

I went to Tesco, Brooklands branch (Mobile Phone Department) yesterday afternoon, Monday 18th May 2020, to purchase an upgraded Mobile phone and was attended by a friendly Salesman by the name of Jack. He gave me excellent customer care and went through stage by stage of the various Mobile phones available and I was so impressed by his knowledgeable and helpful advice that it encouraged me, especially when I had my eye on a Samsung Galaxy A10. I then purchased the said Mobile phone and went home one very satisfied customer! Once I had the Mobile phone on charge, within a few hours, I had downloaded all the required Apps and everything was up and running as a result of Jack's clear cut explanations. I am most grateful to Jack for all that he did and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Mobile phone to pay a visit to Tesco's Mobile Phone Department. Best regards, Vicky Amato
