Worst agency, it's just a nightmare. 1. The deposit is 3 months rent, so it's more than £2000 for just 12 months contract. 2. They are slow on all the requests. Our boiler was broken and it took them 2 weeks to find a man to repair it. 3. It's been more than 90 days since we moved out and we haven't been able to get the £2000 deposit back yet. All they did is saying they know nothing about the deposit and telling me I should contact my landlady, while my landlady says she's been waiting for confirmation from letslivehere. Finally both of them start avoid contacting me and trying to pretend there wasn't a £2000 deposit! I am preparing a court as I already sent millions of email to them and court is the last thing I can do. 4. I spent two days cleaning the property when I left, they still charge me £175 for cleaning fee, they said others charged much more than that.
