EMBLEMATIC - NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, TY

Still waiting for my order. I placed an order for 2 white polo shirts in Large on the 11th August. My order still has not arrived come on Emblematic you can surely do better than this. Order no 29559

I have to amend my previous review. Ultimately, we decided to go there in person and they have been kind and supportive, solving our problem. However, it is still a shame that a single company holds the monopoly of the uniforms. Moreover, the service is incredibly slow (the order has been placed on the 1st of July and we will collect the uniforms two months later, the day before school starts).

I telephoned this company trying to source a particular product. They were extremely helpful and took the time to find the product i was looking for

What a disgrace of a company. We ordered the uniforms in shop on the 1st of July. The sizes were not available, so we asked for delivery at school. The confirmation that the uniforms had been sent to the school arrived via email on the 16th of August. The first day of school is in two days and the uniforms have not arrived yet. It is impossible to speak with anyone over the phone (lines are busy...) and a recorded message asks you to send an email, which we did, without receiving an answer. It is a shame that this company has the monopoly of the uniforms in the area. This has potentially lowered the quality of the service below any unimaginable threshold.

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to - if I could rate zero that's what this company deserves. Unfortunately they have a monopoly for school uniforms in the area so you are forced to use them if you have children who require uniform. This is the 3rd year in a row that our order has not arrived in time - despite placing the order well in advance of the companies own order deadline. Absolutely shocking service...or lack of it.
