Called in on Saturday with a view to purchasing a fitted system for spare room. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance to them. (We already have 2 of our rooms fitted by them) the fitter clearly could not be bothered with us. I will never go back here again. Have since had a quote from somewhere else and getting fitted next month. Their loss! ! !

An excellent job. Very happy with wardrobe. Fitter was very polite and friendly. Very little mess to clear as Fitter had cleaned almost all of it away. Thank you.

Just had sliding door wardrobes fitted with shaker doors, which we are delighted with. Have to say very pleased with service, from first visit to our home by the wardrobe designer, who was courteous and patient, not to say very helpful with his presentation, right through to the fitter, who arrived at the arranged time and was also courteous and very efficient. Will not hesitate to order from them for second bedroom. Very pleased with all concerned.

Steer clear!!! Dreadful customer service, bad quality material, useless workmanship!!! Had wardrobes fitted in October 2015, guy delivered the doors at 8am and smashed them off my walls and banister leaving chips to my walls and wood as well as damaging the door. Upon inspection the door and wood were marked and dirty. Fitter turned up at 1pm with an overconfident attitude and actually fitted the doors very poorly, wood completely out of line down the sides. Nearly two weeks later the damaged door was replaced and the fitter arranged to repair the wood. We were given £100 refund. The fitter arrived two weeks later, looked at the wood and said "actually I can't repair it as I don't have the wood." We arranged for him to come back following week - Friday 4th December at 3 pm. By 3.10 he wasn't here so rang office - he's running two hours late, be there by 5. 5.10 came and went, still no show. Had to ring office and tell them it was getting too late - had to go to work. No apology given at any point during the 6 weeks of problems, doors still not repaired, office staff very rude, unapologetic and no concern to fix the issue. Now we have to wait til Monday for the fitter and the manager to phone. This is not the service or quality I was expecting having paid up front over £700. The company are a complete joke, avoid completely and shop elsewhere.
