The best its worthy for me to travel from wales

Went to Joseph Morris today the 29th December 2015 @ approx 10:30am. lm so angry, surprised and rather shocked by the service l received today. As we entered the butcher there was a rather unpleasant smell of 'rotten' meat, however it's understandable that it was probably due to the chrismas holiday closure. There was not much of a selection from the meat on display , so when we asked about the smell and selection , we were answered very rudley by 'Steve'. He said ,"We told everybody to come before Chrismas but do you listen? No!" He continued being very arrogant and rude in all his responses , which was very unprofessional of him.Two of his colleagues jus looked @ the situation but were happy and polite to serve us .Nway to cut the story short, I've been a customer with this butcher before they relocated to Rugby and have never been treated in this manner.Im so angry & disgusted by Steve's approach and l hope no other customers will continue be treated like this.
