PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA - BIRMINGHAM, WE

Used this place many times, initially through the app, however, they so rarely got my order right I got fed up and started only collecting so I could check at the point of origin that the order was all there. The last straw, even having to collect and they've stuffed up on the actual pizza! Out of twelve online deliveries they got two correct and out of two collections, just one. The reason I persevered is because the actual food is delicious, but the hassle of contacting them constantly to complain and the standard "oh, here's a freebie" which often negates your ability to use the online codes, so becomes pointless, even MORE expensive to claim their apology freebie, means that finally I have to say I give up and won't be going back here again. I'll give a different papa john's a try but after my experience here, I don't hold out too much hope.
