MMP ERDINGTON MEDICAL CENTRE - BIRMINGHAM, WE

I have dealings with many practices throughout Birmingham, however this practice is the worst I've ever had the misfortune to deal with, leave patients without medication!! staff are extremely rude especially the prescription clerk, non cooperative and not open as it states on their website. disgraceful practice. Any dealings with the practice leaves you with the distinct impression the staff run the practice and I do wonder if the GP's have any notion of how disliked the practice is with local agencies who plead with us not to refer patients there....CQC need to be inspecting this practice on a regular basis. concerned agency

i have been a patient for many yrs at this practice thanks to many of the dr's here i have been looked after and cared for through many health problems iv'e had over the yrs esp during and major surgery last yr, thankyou to dr's gonzalos ,dr hussien , dr law for your quick referrals to good hope ect even the locum dr that came out to me after my surgery not only came out twice in the wk , but also called me to see if i was ok ,also when i collapsed at the surgery the reception staff were fantastic looking after me until the ambulance arrived, yes at times we do have problems getting through to book appointments and we have at times had problems getting the meds we ordered ,mainly down to waiting for our prescriptions to be signed, but overall all the staff have been brilliant dr's and reception staff alike.
