I would like to say how pleased I am with the excellent service I received at Rex Johnson's jewellers in Corporation Street, Birmingham. I went in to get a valuation on a 9ct gold signet ring which belonged to my late father. On entering the shop, I was acknowledged by a young male assistant standing by a counter. I was given a friendly greeting by another male assistant who directed me to a nearby counter where a lady was standing. She welcomed me in a very friendly manner. I showed her the ring I wanted a quote on, she looked at it, read the hallmark, weighed it and gave me a price. This was all done in an efficient way. I was happy with what she offered, decided to sell the ring, and produced ID as she requested. Wrote my signature on a form and the deal was done. She is a very friendly lady with brilliant customer service skills, great efficiency, professionalism, and engaged in conversation unrelated to the transaction. In other words, treating me as an individual as opposed to just another customer. I left with a very positive impression, and I would definitely go back. I think if an award were handed out for exceptional customer service, then this would be it. The lady is a true star. Well done to Rex Johnson's for the way they dealt with me. Stephen Hardy

I love jewelry and I am a big fan of Rex Johnson! I am delighted with all the stones they have and the beautiful pieces of jewelry they offer. I wear a lot of pendants with amethyst and opal and I wish for a ruby ring as well.
