STATUS WINDOWS & DOORS - DUDLEY, WE

Rude and abuse use of cold calling techniques. Retrain your staff or give up.
Oh and I don't agree to t&csbut head to tick the box to submit this

I have had several calls from these people, they always pretend they are not selling anything, when I protest that I do not want any new windows and that if I did I would not respond to cold calling he doesn't seem to take the hint but insists all my neighbours do respond to cold calling and that he should waste my time telling me what they are doing in my area. If they have a good standard of workmanship and product why such rude telephone technique?

Horrendous Company. Said they were returning my call of one year ago. I advised that I had made no such call. Concerned as to how they had procured my new x directory number registered with the telephone preference service I asked to speak with the manager I was transferred to D**** in Nuneaton who was very abusive & threatening

If I were in the market for new doors or windows,
I'd STEER WELL CLEAR of this company, as their
cold-calling activities reveal an insight into
the business:

I received a call to my home phone around 6:30pm
on a weekday evening just as I was relaxing after
a busy work day..

The call went like this...

Me: Hello?
Them: Hello, am I speaking to the householder?
Me: Who's calling?
Them: (pause) Status.
Me: Status who?
Them: What it is, we're in your area, looking
for show rooms for our doors and windows...
Me: What's the full name of your company, is it
a registered limited company?
Them: Errr I'm not sure.
Me: Where did you get my phone number from, it's ex-directory?
Them: It was given to me on a list.
Me: What was the source of that list?
Them: It was just a booklet handed to me.
Me: A booklet? From where, what was the source?
Them: *hung up*

Received a call about the state of my windows/doors/guttering etc when i told the 'lady' concerned it was all ok - did i get a 'thankyou for your time? NO - i got the phone slammed down on me! Status i think you need to train your staff in common manners!
