Money makers that's what they are no professional make out the care for child and pearent wellbeing relly they just their for the money I went with my 5 year old for free assessment how ever the teacher told me that my child was not ready she took him on as I wanted the best for him I agreed as it had not even been 48 hour for my child not wanting to go back I rang the first thing in the morning to explain my situation I had a rude unprofessional response they charged me for the session that was never attended and got told to not listen to my child even if he is not happy. the point is I rang and before 48 hours of agreement with it being weekend I could not inform her of the decision change but did as soon as they were opened but still she went on saying I wasted her professional time and advice which is advertising as free assessment therfore she will mot refund me the booked session also she has over head cost to run a business now your a better judge to choice this place for your child.i would not
