1ST WARLEY MOTOR SALVAGE & BREAKERS - OLDBURY, WE

Absolutely terrible and dangerous experience with both Craig Stirk and Mark at 1st Warley Motor Salvage & breakers. From what I understand Craig Stirk is their chief mechanic with Mark supervising his work. Craig fitted the wrong wheel hub assembly to the front passenger side of my partners car, also, unbelievably he also fitted two different sized brake discs to the front of the vehicle, yes you read that correctly, Craig Stirk fitted two different sized brake discs to the front of the car. Thankfully we didn't do many miles before this mistake was discovered. Craig also removed the spare wheel and turbo heat shield, and as of today 08/06/2018 Mark still refuses to give them back. His reasoning is that Craig worked on the car so I must speak to him, even though Mark said he'd checked and supervised Craigs work. Strangely everytime I go round to speak with Craig he's out doing a delivery or collecting a car, or some other poor excuse. We got the car back today after having the poor work and wrong components fixed and replaced at another independent garage. The independent garage has advised me to contact trading standards as the standard of work had left them speachless. His exact words were "you've had a very lucky escape as the errors made could have been deadly". Please avoid doing business with either of these people, they are both incompetent and dishonest. I requested that they put right the errors but they refused point blank. I'm in contact with Trading Standards and the small claims court. Be wary of who you allow to work on your car. Take care.

AVOID falsely advertised car thro partner on facebook,brought said car which was told was straight car is a CAT S refused refund only othered to px or for me to give him car and he would sell then ring when sold. Trading standards now involved avoid this dishonest trader gives the talk had me fooled
