Avoid like the plague. What a joke. My wife went here first time to have highlights they ruined her hair. She asked for ash brown and got a full head of blonde. When complained they said we would apply toner. She went back after a week and now her hair has gone all brown, because the Toner was left in to long. At the tune of £130. If she wanted a full head colour change she would have asked for one. Service was totally unacceptable the boss KIRAN total attitude problem. Sam the lady that did her colour what a joke. You might as well go in and not speak as she tells you what to do and customer has no say. What a bunch of jokers. I've now made three phone calls for complaint and no reply since. I don't think they will also. Anyhow I will be contacting them via solicitor for a full refund for this joke they performed. If you want a total rubbish full of attitude service then walk straight in else avoid like the plague. Places like this should be shut down. KIRAN and staff require training big time
