When are you open again on a Saturday as I work full time and have been through pandemic making it really hard to get to the bank. Why cant you open just 2 hours on a Saturday would make things a lot easier for a lot of customers. Have been a customer for 33 years always gone on a Saturday
Absolutely awful !! 3 times we attempted to make an enquiry about ISAs-twice we waited and no one appeared interested in serving us. Today however we were successful in being served after 5 minutes but the teller had to look up the information on her computer, but then was distracted by another teller who asked questions unrelated to our enquiry. This to me is total ignorance as bad as if someone had pushed in front of the queue and been served first ! Needless to say we will not be investing our money here ! NatWest. goes to great lengths in its adverts telling us how satisfied their customers are ; this amazes me and I would not be surprised if they join the list of all the other failing banks of recent years !
