BEARWOOD WASHCRAFT - SMETHWICK, WE

I called about a broken diswasher and the engineer arrived 90 minutes late. He spent about 5 minutes looking at the dishwasher then left saying he would be back within the hour. I never saw him again. Despite several calls to the office no one ever returned an no explination was given. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

First failed to show, then after I complained they made a poor excuse but I decided to give them a second chance. Finally showed after I chased them. Charged me twenty pounds said he needed to source part to carry out repair and would phone me. Never phoned, I called him twice, again he promised to call never did. Con artist, crap customer service and I hope people read this review and stay away from this dreadful company.

I called washcraft at 9am on the morning to be told someone would visit me between 2-6 to look at my broken washing machine. At 4.30 I had a call of an extremely rude man who said he had been banging my door but I was not in , he then realised he was knocking 136 instead of 137 and that he had got number wrong and that he would have to come back round(I live on the road next to the shop) he came round never took machine apart or anything just said it was the board and would go and look see if he had one in the shop and would be back within 10 mins. At 5.45 we still had heard nothing so sent a text to the number he called me off to ask if he was coming. He replied saying no was not coming now will come tommorow. I told him how he could of at least called me to let me know and that this was poor customer service and I would go else where to which he replied PLEASE DO! Do not use these people they are extremely rude and totally un reliable!
