Refitted my sisters bathroom in Boldmere paid over 7,500. No care was taken, bathroom shower tray got scratched, issues with grouting, flooring wasn’t put down properly, sealant wasn’t finished. Asked for them to come back was promised by Phil who over saw the work told my sister it would be sorted, was ignored and blanked on last message she sent. The flooring is uneven, the grouting is now cracking, shower is still leaking. The amount she paid and how she was treated was disgusting, wasn’t even offered any refund, the owner Mark is a waste of space too.
