KFC BIRMINGHAM - SUTTON COLDFIELD, WE

I drove into the drive through on Saturday, KFC Beggars Bush, just after 11am on the 10th Feb, and the voice at the box said, the drive through isn't working right now, please go inside the restaurant. Ok fine. I went inside and order a 10 piece bargain bucket and said I only wanted breasts and legs, no thighs thank you. The woman who served me, rudely shouted through to the kitchen, 'she wants only breasts and legs, no thighs' and the response was 'we only have one breast'. So am I being unreasonable? I do not like the brown, greasy chicken that is on the thigh, I prefer the white breast and my son likes drumsticks. The service was disgusting, the woman behind the counter was rude and totally unhelpful.. Needless to say, I left with nothing and unlikely to return to this shambles!!

Been been to KFC new oscott but it's closed don't know why

I went to KFC at beggers bush in kingstanding birmingham. I left my house at 4 o'clock, which I only live 10 minutes away. I order my food though the drive thru system. I had to park up, and wait 20 minutes. I though I can't wait no longer. I was in my pjs. I walk in and ask KFC where my food. There reply' you haven't haven't order no food' which I had my receipt in my hand. Finally 20 minutes later I had it! Rude customer service! Rude staff. I had to speak to the manger, the manger look at me like he wasn't even the same room as me.

Have been to KFC New Oscott several times. Occasionally the pieces of chicken might be small but have always been nice. Had no problem with staff. Went through the drive through and was asked if I'd park and food would be brought to me which was a bit annoying as everyone else seemed to be getting served and I had to wait about 15 mins just for one of their £12.99 bargain buckets.

Men's Toilet floor was covered in water and urine toilet seat also covered in old urine stains which was also stained dripping down the walls around the urinal. The toilet seat also covered and most of all the toilet brush was covered / stained in Faeces one of the worst toilets I have ever seen. I reported it to the young female manager who got the ladies that serves customers including us to clean the toilets by way of mopping and that was it. At no point did she wear gloves or at no point did I witness her wash her hands after cleaning the toilets. Tables and floor areas were also messy the glass front door covered in dirty hand prints. UN happy customer
