Wow what a horrifying experience with the
rudest most incompetent staff I have ever
encountered. When I first approached the shop
during opening hours I was told that were
closed for a delivery. I was fine with this &
when i askied the simple polite question do
you have any idea roughly what time you will
be open again the rude lady just shrugged her
shoulders and me it takes as long as it
takes. She was very dismissive & abrupt.
When I did return to the shop a couple of
hours later I encountered yet another
extremely rude member of staff. I was totally
respecting all social distancing measures but
as I was there with my mom i asked if she
could please exchange some scratch cards for
me at the till while I was at the post office
counter. This rude aggressive man came out
the side staff door walked up to me and
literally snatched the scratch cards out my
hand, he dis not speak to me but then
proceeded to walk off moaning and groaning
like it was just too much effort. Then to
really top thing off he said I found the
scratch cards in the shop and they went mine
?
Of course we argued the case as I clearly
walked in the store with them but who
employees these feral animals to deal with
the public? I understand we are in stressful
times but to make a customer feel like this
is disgusting. I for one will certainly never
give these fools my customer ever again.
