Asked for call back . DONNA AND PRACTICE MANAGER did not advise Dr Rahman that i missed call. 12.02 missed call. I rang straight back only to be told Dr would ring me back. Now i have been told that i have to wait till evening surgery . I have a 3 fractured shoulder in agony as the pain won't go away. All i got from practice manager was cough cough cough, should she be back at work, to me ignoriant constantly coughing down the phone without an apologise being made . Disgusting. This surgery dose not care about patients at all. There is a full staff and no one is doing there roles properly.
