I was happy with the work done. Erection of small porch with one door and two windows. Unfortunately a fault developed with the door. FOUR fitters later the door lock still jammed, and I was unable to open the door. To rectify this problem cost over £100 pounds. To my horror I now discover there are no locks on the lower part of the frame were never thus being unable to secure th window. I have contacted the Sales Department and Tracey. Very polite and full of promises, but NO ACTION. This is not a company I would recommend. EVER
Not satisfactory. No point in writing another review. Unreliant windows. I chose 1 star, none is more appropriate.
