These guys are the best of the best my dad uses them all the time and is very happy with them. My dad has sufferers from ill health recently and these guys have not burdened him with anything. Top garage and top service so previous reviews are a load of cxxp as customer proof of experience counts. I'm writing this review on the instruction of my father.

This garage is a waste of space, bad service,false diagnostics, inflated prices. Not bm specialists but more like rip off specialists.

I have been a long standing customer I was always fairly happy with service. Lately standards have slipped dramatically also management gives conflicting information. I have given many chances to improve but can only see them losing custom in the long run . I myself have been made aware by a fair few of their customers regarding bad customer service.As a prominent business man myself airing my views on the public domain is in no way an issue for me. This company needs to wake up and face the music your long standing customers are looking elsewhere. Mark and Paul you are tarnishing your own reputation .False diagnostics, poor customer service and giving the customer a load of cxxp will not insure future success.

I totally agree with previous review this garage is nor what it was . Conflicting diagnostics , lacklustre customer service, inflated invoices, It's like they are reading it out of a how to Bull xxxx the customer M***** . Members of my family have used them for years but we will now look elsewhere as this garage has no ethics and appreciation for long standing customers. Some of the stuff they come out with is unbelievable. If they carry on like this its basically a one way ticket to nowhere !!!
