JON ALDRIDGE ACCIDENT REPAIR - WOLVERHAMPTON, WE

Had my car for nearly 4 months during lockdown which understand however they was operating for 2 months and after failing to deliver my vehicle on the specified date they only realised the door needed replacing not repairing. I got my car today nearly 3 weeks after they changed the date 4 other times! Alot of time wasting for a "professional garage" they let my battery discharge now I have to pay nearly £700 to BMW for one. I cannot believe main dealers use this company I thought the BMW workshop fix cars but aprently not they use these clowns. They didn't fix the undertray because its aparently been deemed as not accident related however it dropped soon as the car hit into mine! Upon arrival to unwillingly collect my car today I was verbally assaulted by a incompetent who goes by the names of Craig. He got in my face and followed me down Chillington street on the side and threatened me verbally and was racist. I was accused of being aggresive however I remained professional and they made up lies that I said I will bring my mates back later. So When I arrived home i was met a minute later by the POLICE who was called by guess who! The guy at Jon Aldridge demanded I leave my own, personally arranged hire vehicle with them when collecting my BMW today I drove both cars out as it was arranged for the hire company to collect it today from my house the guy was acting unprofessional he had no right to do so and it seemed as if it was his personal car or his fathers the way he was trying to talk down to me it was a personal attack and I have taken this to my solicitor already who are dealing with my current accident which was third party at fault.PENDING LEGAL ACTION DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
