A florist that doesn't have a booklet/brochure so customers can see what there ordering is when I should of walked out the shop. But I thought no I've been recommended so I ordered some flowers to be delivered AM slot. Only to be disappointed I call the shop @ 11:30 to be told there on the way. I get a call back 15mins later to be told the flowers had to come back to the shop because during the journey there was a spillage and the box got wet ( probably because the driver was in a rush to actually get the flowers to the destination in a AM slot!!! ). I was offered the £3.95 delivery charge to be refunded but rejected it- just get the flowers there... I spend a lot of money on flowers each year and only came here because FISHLOCKS in town closed down and I heard some great reviews about you, but guess what I wont be here again!!!
