delivery of first class mail from high legh wa166lu to middlewich only 10 miles away has not been delivered up till today the 27th may which is for a ist wedding anniversary of my daughter ,,i have tryed to complain without any help or answer to this matter i have spent a good deal of money on the teiephone trying to get a responce and paying for first class potage ,with no answers from royal mail ,,what is the service comming too..i think a shake up is required ,,and ripe off britten should be told about this ,,i would like a responce to my email email address is [email protected]

Numerous letters not delivered. Trying to enquire and make contact by telephone is completely impossible. No wonder their business is losing money. Professionalism or business ethics are none existent in this organisation probably because it's run by a shower of deadbeats.

Frustrating, unhelpful, worst phone experience ever - even worse than Barclays Bank and that is saying something! Would want to give zero stars but that isn't an option!
