ROYAL MAIL - WREXHAM, CL

Iam very frustrated and angry just tried ringing wrexham sorting office time and time again but no answer post not turning up important hospital letters going missing mums disabled and has been struck off this morning because of it so had to sort that out loads of parcels going missing too so phoned the main royal mail number just to be told they will send a claims letter which would never go through and they are sorry no other explanation or offer to get through to wrexham office and check the person on the phone only stayed on the phone two seconds and did not register it as a complaint and also told me wrexham have no obligation to the answer the phone post also post doesnt cum till one a clock very feed up and disgusted my mum needs these letters for appointments could be poorly without the letters to let her know when she needs go

They never answer the phone at regent street wrexham if they do i will feel like a lotto winner. What sort of company never answer also mail delivered mid afternoon crap

We have had endless trouble with post deliveries because of next doors dog. As we are disabled we rely on things being delivered. I suppose I'm lucky that Asda, the Avon lady and DPD still deliver to us.

Fed up of my mail going to other people's addresses . It goes to a different steeet and to different flats in my street. Whoever is in charge get a grip and sort it!

Never answer phone...had no mail for over a week, even the cheque we are desperately waiting for that was sent recorded delivery. Why pay first class, when there is no class at all. Very very poor service. Did have a parcel left outside from parcel force, for an address over 3 miles away - go figure.
