We have made payment for a penalty charge notice that UKPM refused to transfer liability into the hirers name we provided. We still are receiving court letters because UKPM have not informed the court. We have been since trying to contact UKPM and have spent a total of 4 hours on hold to them over the past couple of days. This company does not provide the correct contact information via companies house or their website and we will be informing the court of this. What an absolute nightmare. If I could give no stars for UK Parking Management, I would.
