You cannot do better than P3 for computer products, computer repairs, any computer services. I have bought from them, had repairs from them and asked many questions of them. I am not technically minded but with P3 on hand I have no problem working from home. Like landscape gardeners they should say no problem too small, because it isn't. Big purchase or small enquiries the customer service is 100%. Have you tried what I call their remote "viewing", where they come onto your screen and sort out any hitch? You won't regret contacting them, they are a great team.
