BSMART HOMES LTD - SWINTON, LA

After being more than happy to take £100 for an application, £425 Bond + £425 Rent . . . . You get the keys, and then Bsmart don't want to know your problems.

It has now been 3 months since they should have come to remove large items (that should have been removed as part of preparing the property to let) from multiple areas of the property. After receiving no contact from the company for 3 months, not even to apologise or for an update, displays a total lack of professionalism!!

After contacting them a few days ago, I was informed that all items would be removed this week. I contacted them again today, only to receive excuses as to why they had not contacted me, in addition to a very poor excuse regarding my place on the 'to do list'. As can be seen in their office, they are so professional that any work they have is written on a whiteboard, no wonder that they are majorly underachieving.

They also decided to contest the fact that they told the landlord of the property, that all work had been completed weeks ago. Not surprising as they have already been paid for the work in question to be completed. Clearly they were concerned with receiving payment, once that was achieved, they pull out the sheet of pre-prepared excuses.

In my honest opinion, I would stay well clear and look to a reputable company with experience, a positive attitude and at the very least some level of customer service, which this company seriously fails to provide.

Terrible estate agents, would no recommend
