Completely unprofessional. Agreed to supply the marquee day before the event. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth at 6pm the day before Marc said he ‘did not have the energy to put up the marquee’. He then didn’t arrive. He knew our house was an hour away and had agreed to do the job, however took on too many jobs that day and could not be asked to make it over after agreeing to do so. He then continued to say he ‘did not want to risk his life’ by completing the job… why did he agree to all that work then? Most likely should find another profession in which he can deliver to a customer. Do not book your marquees with Marc at Sky Marquees you will be left disappointed Absolutely diabolical customer service, also never answers the phone.

Appalling service. Rude owner, inefficient. Turned up late with the wrong goods and damaged our property erecting the marquee. Was rude to my 80 year old husband and completely ruined what should have been a memorable family occasion after being apart for so long. There was no apology or offer of compensation. Not only rude to us but rude to employees also. I would never recommend and am taking legal advice.
