i have sent a parcel to spain with dhl 6 day day i have had one hell of a game to track it on site fobbed off by customer service received no emails through delivery received a case no to confuse me time wasting livechat could not connect somehow. the parcel delivery has been 10 days now and not even been delivered or has i post parcel company been intouch to advise why ? just found depot it is only 7 miles away...parcel tracked at depot will call and sort my self useless service not impressed and could cost us as a business really not happy customer
